I only take it every 2/3 months so I'd consider it a bit of waste personally. That's more because it's so much fun in a club and i'd have to lay off it for a while.
If you've got no big plans to hit any good nights soon, or you don't mind hitting it more often than I do, it's a pretty cool experience. Definitely something to do at least once.
