Give yourself a time. When you feel ready to fight that bad feeling, Listen to Beastie Boys, Run the Jewels, Wu-tang, Death Grips (I'm serious, this is the best workout music ever), MF DOOM, even ska helped me a lot.
Two more things: a) I don't know how bad was the break up, you guys might get back together but you gotta be prepared for the worse. b) By worse, I mean you gotta move on. It's a fresh wound, but you can't let it kill you. Sort your things out within the next two days, on the third day, grab your Death Grips discography and go for a run/gym.
