metal, jazz, classical typically, noise, computer music, game soundtracks
i mean just people i know who are aspergers not full nonverbal autists

i think you're confusing 'autist' with 'redditor'
>>60296858
>implying they're distinguishable
/mu/ is even more autistic though

I'm a literal autist and don't like any of those except for the first two Grimes albums.

Not me, especially the game soundtrack part as I never got into video games and think the music is stupid for the most part. I have been getting into Debussy in recent months though. I mostly listen to music of the psychedelic and progressive persuasion, heavily layered, texturally pleasing, with a euphoric quality, but that's just me.
At any rate, talking about what autistic people listen to is like trying to talk about what neurotypical people listen to. If autists listen to classical, computer music, and videogame soundtracks, then neurotypicals listen to the Beatles, Muse, and Twenty One Pilots.
