Because the music isn't very hateful, and it doesn't have racial themes. The music is more about gay stuff and the Third Reich, it doesn't really say anything about racial matters. Douglas himself said that the SS symbolism doesn't mean anything political, and he doesn't even agree with fascist beliefs, either. I think The Death of the West was probably done by Tony Wakeford, who strongly refuted accusations of National Socialism.
tldr: Death In June uses Nazi themes for the novelty and there's nothing political behind it.

If you like death metal, you'll probably dig Arghoslent. They have a fairly unique style of death/thrash. It's melodic but doesn't have that stereotypical Swedish sound. I strongly recommend you steal all their music 1. because it's awesome and 2. so as to avoid giving money to white supremacists.
