Few RAC bands have both the lyrics about openly wanting to murder all non-whites and Jews even if it's implicit with the content as well as the harsh aggressive vocals. For this Platoon 14 is king, as exemplified by this track: Ape Slayers and Kike Killers.

I like Lightning Bolt a lot because of their aggression but they don't have any lyrics. They do have a lot of odd noises and occasionally muffled lyrics that fans have argued about, but they don't have nearly as much lyrical content as DG. Hypermagic Mountain and Ride the Skies are a lot of fun, short, and relatively joyous while still being kinda heavy. Also early Swans stuff might be up your alley.
