back story:
The doctor from the hospital said I had incredible pain tolerance. I kinda stuck with the pain so I could be with my gf for her birthday. I loved her so much.
The only dude I told about it at school was a friend of mine I'd sit with in classes.
That very friend ended up making out with my GF behind my back later on. They both betrayed me and it affected me for a while and still kinda does to this day. It has made me bitter. But you probably don't want to know this.
I threw up in the bathroom in the mall where the cinema was on the day the torsion started. I carried on and saw the movie. I clung to my gf the whole time and she wouldnt let other people sit in the seats we were in because she could tell I was in pain and couldnt move.
I didnt watch the movie.
After the surgery I cried and thought my gf would leave me. She was very understanding when I told her how it got removed. What pissed me off was online beforehand I told her I had an operation and she said "at least they didn't remove it". She had no basis whatsoever. She just guessed.
I believe my emotions were kinda fucked up during that period so I would cry sometimes and overreact to things my brother would say.
My testicle is now larger than a normal one as it does the work of two. No reduced sperm count apparently.
I have changed my doctor as the last one was too passive. But by the time I saw him it was already too late (He was my General Practitioner)
I've kinda gotten over the insecurity now.
The stitches burst a day or two after the operation and I bled out of my sack for a week and had to wear large hospital padding to school. I also had to stay behind in class each day and finish this computer based assignment I had missed. I ended up getting the equivalent of an "A" which was good.
