I really don't understand the stigma against tall people at concerts, seriously get there early if you want good spots.

I normally stand in the middle because most of the stuff I go to is electronic oriented and sound systems are calibrated to meet in the middle of the room.

Most of the concerts I've been to haven't been too bad. Best one was Arcane Roots because it was a crowd of two hundred or so in a small room, all hard core fans and they really went all out.
People using phones at concerts fucking hacks me off though, it never sounds good when played back and the video looks terrible thanks to the unconventional lighting. In most cases, I find it's usually done to show their friends the next day. And then of course, those same people seem to get upset if they are at the front of the crowd and everyone else is dancing/fighting around them.
