I don't add any to my library but Cave Story soundtrack is the GOAT. The fact the Pixel didn't really compose music prior to making the game is amazing considering how well all of the tracks fit in with the gameplay.

It's not indie but if you want a game that is as charming as Cave Story you need to check out Mother 3. You'll need the fan english patch but it is a fantastic game that Cave Story reminded me of a ton.
