All of it is recorded as good as I am going to be able to get. The only one that kind of duck is 1992 demo but that is because the original recordings suck. The first time i uploaded these was a recording with my phone but this is light years better quality than that

OP here I just wanted to share an observation I just made while listening to that chancellor single. The b -side is the same as that little outro on track 4 of pario marty. Actually I have. The real estate song orchard which is an instrumental that was only released on the winter comp is in my real estate rarities upload. I forgot to do the instrumental snow, which is pretty much snow days minus words. Underwater peoples is great, I love their release Real Estate Live on the Radio I listen to that all the time. It is beautiful on vinyl. I have a rip I will upload that too!

Thanks! Go look for one at junk stores or goodwill. Mine was only $10 buy on eBay it goes for like 60 after shipping added. But the downside of a tape player I'd you will justify buying more music since tapes are so much cheaper. I have wayyy too many tapes now
