One of the best and most historically important live albums ever, imo. In a time troubled with assassinations of public figures, and race relations in america strained, one distinctly talented, distinctly honest, distinctly human guy took stage at Carnegie Hall. This is pretty much essential for any Withers fan or fan of soul music. Great band, superb performances and the between song chatter is fun.

My Morning Jacket - Evil Urges (2008)

The most divisive album from these guys because of their constant tip-toeing of different styles throughout, and that's why it's one of my favorites. This album was my first venture into independent listening back in '08, and man it did wonders for me. Fantastic vocals, fantastic singles, and a pretty good album overall. Don't listen to Highly Suspicious, though.
