Luna. Celestia needed the EoH to take her down. Same with Twilight; and she's only at her best when she has every other Princesses' magic. Cadence has been in one fight and she only one A) with the help of others and B) by veritably "over feeding" them. Plus, she's suoer out of shape. Twilight; who flies like a retarded duck, was flying better than her when they were together.

If we assume Luna and Celestia are roughly the same ball park, then NMM clears them easily.
Celestia didn't even attempt to fight back, and had to resort to the EOH to stop her. She even managed to resist the EoH for a short period, something that no over villain has done using their own power.
