I did sets of 20 pushups and 20 situps every morning and gradually worked my way up (over the course of about a year) to 100 each every morning, then stopped increasing. You may also need to lift some barbells to get the arms you're looking for, though they are not necessary for a healthy body. I am a tennis player, so I get arm workouts naturally and don't have to do barbells.

Pushups and situps are best in my opinion because you can do them without expensive equipment, yah? And you can do them anywhere!

I can't play OSRS anymore. The nostalgia can only carry me so far. Trying to kill Zulrah and get my Fire Cape really made me realize how much I don't like the combat system in OSRS.

I'm 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself, in a balanced diet, in a rigorous exercise routine. ln the morning, if my face is a little pufffy, I'll put on an icepack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now.
After I remove the icepack, I use a deeppore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water-activated gel cleanser. Then a honey-almond bodyscrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gelscrub. Have tries lifting bit haven't even been close to becoming /fit/ yet. I can only Deadlift 425 for example and haven't gained or lost any weight for 2 years, been stuck at 180.

At the very least most of my acquaintances and family have commented that I look strong so at least I'm not a neckbeard.

Don't do it, dude. Humping heavy weight for long distances will seriously fuck up your back and knees. I don't know a single career infantryman who can walk without knee and back support.

That being said, if you HAVE to march under load (recreational hiking, say), make sure you have a pack with good internal or external support with wide, comfortable shoulder straps and a comfortable waist belt to secure some of the weight to your hips. Start off with a light, full pack (use some waded up paper or laundry) on short walks, just to get used to the feeling and work the kinks out of your pack system. Gradually increase the weight by quarters or thirds of your maximum end goal while at the same time varying your march time and terrain. Mix it up. Do short humps over rough ground, long hikes over smooth trails, whatever. Don't forget to play with inclination, too. Also vary your load's density and mass: small, compact, heavy things; loose, amorphous things; use your own judgement. Just keep the weight tightly secured and centered as close to your core as possible.

Well, at least when the day comes that you start benching 400 lbs, you can proudly say that you upped your bench by a multitude of ten. I could never do that. Unless I start benching 1400 lbs. But I'm not sure if that's humanly possible.

I go running every other day (because I'm too lazy to do it every day) in the 95 degree blazing sunshine for a 4 mile circuit with less than acceptable amounts of water to keep me going.

First one to say this as far as I am aware. I call this my exercise and keep doing it so I can build up endurance and heat tolerance almost entirely for fursuiting.

I was at the beach last week, and my dad showed me pictures he took, some of which had me in them.

I've never been so disappointed and just upset with myself. It almost made me want to quit altogether because if you saw them, you'd assumed I've not seen a gym more than once every 6 months.

I cycle to work & back. Also, to when I visit friends, gf, relatives.

If I'm going to exert myself, it should serve a practical purpose, other than trying to outdo a load of other self-obsessed retards.

I never made it and i could have, i started young at 296 (i was tall, still fat as fuck). I got down to 270 and then my life got completely fucked, lifitng was the only thing i really enjoyed and i completely lost sight of the most important goal, weight loss.

two years later and i can now bench 3 plate, ohp 2pl8, and deadlift 5pl8, but im 340 lbs and miserable

Every time i try and lose weight i fuck up, ive seriously considered dnp and i would take a 10 percent chance of death to not be fat anymore.
