I honestly don't care if it happens in the movie or the show, I couldn't even care if she never becomes show canon.
I just want Celestia and Sunset to finally meet again. Closest we had was when Sunset tried to contact Celestia to get Twilight, but of course Twilight had the book. Without even telling Celestia about it either.
