Not necessarily. The captcha system here feels quicker, despite having to use it more often, and the fanbase here is larger, thus providing more content more often. However, from what I heard, the mods here are stricter, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. Over there, they had some problems with some guy who thought it would be funny to repeatedly try to draw out Chris Hansen, and was always bouncing his IP, so we couldn't catch him. The Red CYOA they have is pretty good, but I kinda like it here better at times. Overall, the 4chan VS 8 chan argument is like arguing over AK VS AR15. They both have their strengths and weaknesses.
