When we leave out the possibility of Celestia willfully not interfering, dragons seem to be the biggest threat, as the others required extraordinary means to achieve their goals.
Discord could be set into stone; Tirek needed proximity to magic; changelings needed to infiltrate higher positions; a corrupted version of a purported "goddess" could be laser'd away.
If anything, the Elements of Harmony could even FAIL against dragons. What's so bad about sleeping? Would starving to death be a good thing?
