If you told an authority figure that multiple copies of the same person were following you and ruining everything you do you'd be detained for psychiatric observation. Given the spurious nature of psychiatry you probably would not be free to go for some time and would begin treatment for paranoid schizophrenia against your will as your every upset reaction to the situation made you seem more "dangerous".
I always kinda wanted to write an anti-MMDW fic where Dash ends up tangled in the broken and underfunded Equestrian criminal psych system, every aspect of her obnoxious but sane personality driving corrupt doctors and orderlies to intentionally prolong her confinement and use treatment as a paper-thin excuse for torture. Eventually she would be freed, sane technically, but with her spirit so thoroughly crushed and so riddled with PTSD from being raped by orderlies that she could no longer function as an element of harmony, breaking their covenant and leaving Equestria vulnerable to attack. Discord or someone shows up, is impossible for the other girls to oppose without the elements and slowly begins to torture Equestria itself into a warped image, just as Dash herself was. Dash, meanwhile, is found to have quietly committed suicide while the other girls were getting their asses kicked.

In the last 3 seasons, Pinkie, had the least amount of shitty episode. Second place goes to Twilight and Fluttershy, then there is Rarity being watered down with many boring episodes these recent 2 seasons. Aj and Dash takes the bottom with Spike.

Aside from Flutter Brutter, their all the goddamn same thing.
Twilight also only had one truly good episode last season, and frankly Rarity is mostly fine, her only weak episodes last 2 seasons have been Made in Manehattan and Spice up Your Life.
And most of the episodes you listed are more boring that totally painful to watch, like Leap of Faith and Applejack's Day Off their more really boring than terrible (Somepony to watch Over me is more of an Apple Bloom episode than an Applejack one.)

Dash has a big "Hit or miss" thing, in that her good episodes tend to be GREAT, while her "bad" episodes tend to be *really* bad.
So people tend to remember TT123 and sonic rainboom heavily due to them being really good, and the bad ones are SO bad they try to delete them from their mind due to just HOW bad they are.

The premise is already flawed, so no matter how hard you try, you can't make a good episode with something like that. And I don't think the writers had even tried. Accept the inevitable and prepare for the worst.
