All her complains made sense, obvious taste is a thing. You don't go to a fancy restaurant to eat a cheeseburger, you don't want it to gulp up in one bite like pinky did. You spend time there, to experience the ambience and food. This is why a slight hint of taste forces you to take your time to actually feel the food in your mouth.
And at the end, she didn't cater to the pressure of the masses, that is actually something that deserves respect
