The muzzle needs work. I'd try beginning by making a side view, but sink it inwards. And make it a bit more square at the end with a point on the top part.

As for what needs improvement.
Hair, it looks like you just scratched in some ink no offence, there needs to be some sort of outline. This just looks smudgy and doesn't fit. Look at the way the show does it.
Position of the horn is off center, not really a big mistake, but it can be bothering.
Eyes are small, unless you're going for a 3/4 face lower shot, like a child looking up at an adult, the eyes are way too small. It looks like the pony is looking down at you, which isn't bad, but doesn't fit with the other features.
I like the ears a lot.
Assuming it's a stallion, the muzzle is too small. It should be flatter at the top and wider.
You really fixed that neck senpai, good job.
The final thing that needs improvement to me is the basketball type head, which is to say, the head is too round. 'Ead like a fuckin orange. It needs to be a little more elongated, not by much, but a little bit.
Don't take this the wrong way fampai, i'm not knocking on you, you did well. And most of these problems aren't severe, i'm just being really blunt. So don't take it too badly.

Look up the face symmetry gides, you draw an x on the face and utilize that.

If you want to practice pure symmetry, just draw pony headshots and practice the ears and eyes.
This will give you two kinds of practice, working within a constraints, aka eyes since you can only make them so big. And more freedom of constraints, improving freehand skills where you can do it right the first time.
Btw i'm pretty bad at symmetry currently too.
There is a factor of naturalism with lack of symmetry, even if you have a person, there are little quirks on different sides of their body. So eyes and ears being a little off isn't bad.
Making headlights is ok if you want unnatural symmetry practice, it's not really useful for ponies, but there are plenty of places where it would be useful.
Make a rectangle, sculpt it out. Use some crosses if you have to. Then try making circles tangent with the 3 lines as tangents, on each end. Make the as identical as you can.
Try this a few times you work on your freehand movements, then try not making circles tangent to the lines and see how symmetrical they are.
