I think she'd have had the same reaction, maybe a little different post/pre Fall Weather Friends, but for the most part, whilst Dash was perhaps more reckless then, it was rarely, if ever at the severe expense of others.
I also don't think Dash has actually changed too much through the series.

I disagree. I don't think pre-s1 Dash would have been as reckless as Lightning, but Lightning didn't really act in an evil way nor consciously put her interests over the other ponies' well-being, she just lacked the necessary empathy.

Without her friends and her lessons about friendship, Dash would probably have a similar level of "empathy" so, in a similar scenario with Lightning as lead pony, pre-s1 Dash as wing pony, completely strange ponies as the "victims" and a similar outcome (ie, no pony was seriously harmed), I think Dash wouldn't have seen the incident as something serious, so I'd say she wouldn't decide to leave the Wonderbolts. I mean, at least that's what I like to think.
I like to think that Dash has changed a lot through the series. I know it's mostly wishful thinking because some episodes contradict my head canon, but a character with a proper evolution is much more interesting than a character that is already perfect since the very beginning, so thinking Dash has evolved and changed for the best makes me appreciate her even more.
