Not exactly, but with meditation/drugs and or magic they can talk to their host in their mindscape, Venom told flash how he purged the infection(hellmark) that way, and got angry that Flash pressed the issue. Except Toxin, but I think that may be because he learned from scratch, while Venom and Carnage, Hybrid and Scream, learned everything they knew from genetic memory.
