/mlp/ always get shit done when the project is made of individual pieces made by specific anons to portray the diversity of anons that come from this shithole
The problem comes when the project involves a single path, storyline, or character(s), like in videogames or (ahem) visual novels. Since every anon will have a different opinion, or gets triggered by some shit, it's no wonder that there will be a hard time to decide something that appeals to everyone without autists sperging to hell and back

Honestly I'm impressed anons. You managed to pull together some good resources and kept your project alive for a long ass time. Anoridan, Sound Guy, Harmonica, props to you three as well as all the other anons in this project. You guys may have the record for the longest running /mlp/ project. Who knows. I would consider the team behind the Summer Cup partially under mlp credit since I am pretty sure Rarifag anon does a lot of that video editing. Then there is the scarves. I honestly don't consider any writefaggotry or drawing work legitimate /mlp/ full fledged projects. Do or deer doesn't count by a long shot. PTS may or may not count but hardly any real work goes into them. The jersey project might count.
So maybe a few.
But this project is definitely the longest running one. These guys have been having threads for like 2 years. A little long but judging by the trailer they just posted I would say they are doing quite well for image board standards. Better than /mu/ for sure. They even got some horse famous people on it.
