That's a difficult one to find. Usually the sites I go to for clop material have stories similar to that even in Japanese. I don't know if you speak weeb, but a doujin in a different language is pointless if you don't understand it.

There was another thing like this that was a non lewd manga or something that I couldn't find either. I'd get this to storytime it like I've done for the few physical books I have before, but I doubt I'd be able to hide it well enough and I couldn't take that level of spaghetti if it came out.
