This is going to be the final thread before the Equestrian Afterworld CYOA starts. I counted up all the posts and data from the previous two threads and worked out a game plan on how this is going to run. This thread will be a supplement to what will be. There is no gimmick in this thread, no faceless task to give you - this thread is for the building of an NPC who will play a part in the game. Who you come up with today and agree upon will be who will show up.
This character might even be a playable character for a time in the CYOA, depending on what you create. Keep in mind there is already a ghost pone as well. What relation is she to the character you're making today? I don't know, you tell me.

What's her/his (if we want the sick looking "fangs") personality? Did he/she adjust well to being raised by ponies? Were we well off or did we scrape by? What are their interests?

We should have a witch/necromancer NPC as an enemy.
He/she tries to capture ghost pone to put inside a gem. While also doing other evil, villainy things.

Also, I forgot to add that I'm gonna leave the character's physical description undefined, so it's up to OP to decide that.
And maybe after some time, ghost pone ends up befriending the witch/necromancer.
