My personal favorite is 3 although i like NV's story better. Despite actually buying the interplay games, i dont really ever play them. 4 Seems to have some good story shit (especially in what ive seen of far harbor) but I'm not a fan of the main story, where you arent really given the choice of saying fuck you imma do my own shit, you all can go die.

Different water cooling anon here, It's really not as scary as it seems. As long as you double check to make sure your fittings are tight and the tube is well secured in them, leaking shouldn't be a problem at all. Most coolants are non-conductive anyway.
You do want to make sure you have a proper filling/draining solution in place or you're in for a messy headache.
There are tons of tutorial videos out there as well. Just do a good bit of research beforehand and you should be good to go.
