the characters are all unlikeable Fuckwits, Dash comes off as a massive attention whore who bitches at everyone just because when other episodes (like wonderbolts academy) showed she had gotten over that shit for the wonderbolts goal, there were virtually no jokes besides "Lets fuck dash up!", and it WAS cringey as shit.
If you have a hate boner for dash like all the people who said she needed to be "taken down a peg" in season 2 (which makes no fucking sense given she's not given any special treatment compared to Twilight, cadence, SA or a host of other characters), then sure, its a great episode to masturbate to.
But past Loving dash acting like a fuckwit for little to no reason and her getting the shit kicked out of her, its a terrible episode with a shit ton of cringey moments like when she just kept DOING the impressions.

I personally have nothing against the character and thought her reasoning for acting the way she did were in character for her. She obsesses over how others see her and goes to great lengths to have others perceive her as "awesome". MMDW is the textbook example.
She goofed on her first day and her teammates made a good-natured joke at her expense. Dash took it too seriously and we got some amusing impressions out of it.
