By definition Ce.estia; having little to no personality whatsoever and being just there as a plot instrument of exposition, at least for the first 2 seasons; you can project whatever personality traits you want into her (which is what most do with heir respective waifus anyway) and, thanksto her high social status and given we know nothing of her personal life either, fantasize any sort of wish-fulfillment scenario or adventure with her.
