Honestly, if you are looking to keep up to date with the story or see what your characters are up to...you can just skip this episode.
There is no new lore, little character development, and a story you have seen several times over. You do get some nice songs and great visuals, so if you can look past it having no consequences whatsoever on future episodes, you might find something nice there.
