According to Toy Fair 2016, in USA, those big Celestia/Nightmare Moon/ Discord statues are going to be 19,99 dollars. Pretty sweet deal.
The normal pony dolls will be 9,99, the bigger ones like Chrysalis and Twilight Sparkle will be 14,99 (Twilight is about the same size as the normal ponies but her price is bigger because of her fucking gigantic armor acessory)

Actually it's more on the fact that it would be a con in the male target demographic. I mean sure the last few years were just plastic unarticulated brushables but this just seems like an interesting push from Hasbro. Then again there's also the giant SpikexShining toy so maybe the royal sisters and Discord's just for the older fans
