Pony /his/ thread, lets talk about pony history and how we imagine it to be like based on what we know from the lore so far.

I'm honestly surprised. but it's a very pleasant surprise.

I'm taking a nap right now, but as soon as I wake up, I'm going to be all over this thread
>>27222083
What is this "HRE" that you speak of?
>>27222093
Not OP, but /his/ is becoming favorite board

It was a bad joke that went too far

It grew pretty quickly. The early days were chaos, due to a constant war between people interested in discussing history and the combined shitposting might of /pol/ and 4+4chan /pol/ edgelords attempting a hostile takeover of the board. But aside from cuckfederate apologists and tankies, discussion is mostly pretty high quality.

And most importantly it has nice memes
There's a pretty neat video series out there about of what pony history may have been like. A lot of it will probably been rendered moot as we more lore, but it's pretty thought out.

I also want to cum in Voltaire
Anyone interested in the history of Equestria in terms of the lore really has to read the Journal of the Two Sisters. Especially in light of the last episode, we find out cool shit.

Link to a pdf? I always intended on reading it.
Also, what other sources are good for Equestrian history/lore? Anything valuable in the comics?
>>27222167
A victory against /pol/ is a victory for all mankind.
>>27222292
indeed, id like to ride that black unicorn.

Not up on YayPonies, but someone always comes around with a download link. And that's really the be all end all of lore.
>>27222332
I'm considering buying a real copy. Is it worth $13.59?

Time for a real topic.
Why did so much shit go down 1000 years ago, almost exactly?
>>27223386
what else did they have to pass the time?
>no tv
>no vidya

I imagine Celestia was so much more popular than Luna because she hosted massive orgies.
>>27223386
Because no princesses. Now, before them, I'm not sure what all went down. Maybe the villains we know were still running around, and Celestia and Luna decided one day to start cleaning house around the world
