Problem with dreamers like you is you want to start at the top. You gotta be willing to get down and do all the lowly grunt work to get there first though.
In this case you would want to practice voice acting, start a Youtube channel and record yourself voice acting something ( if you want it to actually be marketable the I would suggest not pony, something more respectable like story readings or amateur animations is you can find someone to collab with). Create a Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, etc and build a reputation as an amateur VA. Take steps to improve and become the best at voice acting you can manage to be. Once you have a basic ground work and enough recordings of your work at a high level of quality then reach out to others, animators, youtubers, anyone who needs VA collaborators and get to work on some amateur projects to build a following and bolster that reputation as much as you can manage.
While you do all this as a hobby you can reach out to studios and companies about professional work. You'll probably start quite small with some little bits here and there in stuff no one cares about but eventually you might just end up doing some big name roles and making voice work your full time occupation.
You're dreaming of being at the top, being someone with enough notoriety to get big name professional attention right off the bat. The simple fact is that the only way to become a well known professional in ANY industry is to work your ass off (unless you have connections, but you obviously do not), live and breathe the thing you are trying to achieve and be prepared to spend a few years scrounging at the very bottom of the food chain.
Shit's hard, the reason your dreams stay as dreams is that you aren't willing to do the work necessary to change them into reality. You want it and you want it now but you don't have the resolve to work for it so you whine and complain on the internet.
