So assuming that this isn't complete and utter bullshit for a moment, it'd have to be a character who's VA only voices that character if they were going to permanently get rid of a character because their VA left.
If it were someone like Andrea of Ashleigh then two main characters would have to be "killed off" or one of the characters they play would have to be replaced by another VA which doesn't really make a whole lot of sense.
Tabitha is way too valuable for them to get rid of. She voices so many characters in the show that finding a replacement for all of them/some of them would be a lot of work and killing off all of her characters would just be dumb. The same could be said for Cathy too, she voices so many background and secondary characters.
Nicole seems quite likely. If they kill of Celestia they could easily tiptoe around Cheerilee not being in the show anymore. When was the last time Cheerilee had a speaking role? But then again, does Celestia constitute a main character if part of the reason is to diversify the cast.
So best guess is Tara. She only voices Twilight (and then, two lines of dialogue for Twilight's mum in the S6 premier) and killing off Twilight would make more sense than anyone else. Why kill of any other member of the main cast? None of them are really that important. It'd just be weird and out of place to kill any of the other main characters because in the grand scheme of things none of their deaths will have any impact in regards to the story. Besides, Twilight can be replaced by Starlight if needed.But, again, that's assuming this person isn't talking absolute bullshit which they most certainly are.

Celestia isn't a main character, she is a 'important in the pony world' character. Like the Dragon Lord, she's not fundamental to the cast, she's just PLAYING an important person while not appearing that much.
I think Tara Strong's moving on: she's far too important a voice actress to get perma-stuck to a pony role, and they've already moved in Starlight Glimmer to take her role in the Mane 6, even having her re-enact some of the character arc from Season 1 the better to step into that position.
Tara also voice acts from far away and probably won't move to be near the other cast, plus she's mighty aware of how good she is. I'm pretty sure it's got to be Twilight: hopefully she has a heroic and awesome exit.
