Hasbro has filied a trademark for something called HasCon. As they recently ended one of their fan conventions, do you think this is possible that it could be a company convention, including things like MLP reveals, not just limited to a single brand?

Because it has been reported a lot that MLP is another billion dollar brand that Hasbro has and Transformers is going into a slump. It's a worry Transformers fans have.

Of course, given that there's been no word of closing down the MLP con, and Hasbro also filed for a cybertron con, this is probably a storm in a teacup anyway. Either HasCon is a cross-con brand, or a general con for the minor brands.

BotCon. It was licensed from Hasbro by Fun Publications, along with the Official Transformers Collector's Club.
Now that's being wrapped up, so next year should see its successor or equivalent.
