Yeah looks like all the physical copies that were sold on lulu have been taken down, and I haven't seen bookfag recently. The daring do books were taken down July 2014 iirc, everything else like tales to fap too, equine delicacies, and tracy cage must have been taken down since. Out of luck I guess.
