That Celestia scene sounded pretty nice. It's so rare to get a decent character moment with her. Still, it does feel a lot like the moment Celestia had with Twilight at the beginning of season 4.
I really like the idea for what Rarity Investigates could have been, too. It was a nice visual gag episode, but the story that we got was pretty plain. Rarity pointing out someone's fancy horseshoes could have been a great pun and reference.
