The joke comes from the fact that most people would pick up on the hidden context of Dash's question, which is "why aren't you embarrassed?". Pinkie didn't pick up on that because she isn't embarrassed because she is goofy and just supremely doesn't give a shit.

/trash/ almost always has a clop thread. Quite a few pink ponies, including Pinkie Pie, get posted there.
There's also e621 and Derpibooru. e621 might be a bit more furry-oriented but there's tons of clop there. I recommend searching "pinkie_pie ass order:score" on said booru. Derpibooru on the other hand is, of course, entirely pony-related but uses an annoying filter system and in my opinion has pretty awkward search syntax.
Tiarawhy's website is another place to go, especially if you want Flash animations or games that involve Pinkie Pie. I personally recommend the updated version of Ponka Anal Rodeo.
