Not bad. Still need to work on how to draw nipples the right way, and the anatomy could use a little bit of work too. Even though the anatomy of the original work was the way it was, don't be afraid to make the anatomy more realistic on your own terms if you need to.
On shading, you're doing pretty well. It's not perfect, but still really good in my opinion. I'd say worry about the nipples first, because it seems to me that you do the same style for those for everything, and that's something you'd definitely want to avoid. The artists who draw the things you edit have noticeably different styles, so it only makes sense to find a way to make the nipples and stuff match the style, otherwise it looks out of place. Which it does in quite a few of these.
This does sound like it contradicts what I just said about anatomy, but that's kind of a different ballpark. The different artists drew with different anatomy, but they're not always realistic. If you feel like it works well with the picture as a whole, then try to make it more anatomically correct. I guess that's all the advice I can think of for you right now. Keep it up, I see a little bit of potential in you, just catch your mistakes and fix them.
Also, I personally don't mind you having a tripcode. But whatever, just do whatever you feel is better about that.
