In my case, it's about new scientific discoveries like super strong artificial muscles made from revolutionary new nanomaterials that are a thousand times stronger than human muscles or speculation about how helium-3 mined from lunar soil could provide all the world's energy needs for generations. I already have trouble conversing with family members because they have no interest in that subject. Dash has many traits which I find appealing; she's playful, tomboyish, somewhat egotistical, insecure, and most of all, LOYAL. She's honestly the most well-rounded main character in the entire show.
You have to keep longevity in mind when a character jumps out at you. Do they have enough going for them, personality-wise, or are your feelings just based on pure lust, like after seeing a nicely drawn porn pic?
