Set long after the show, Earth has turned into Equestria after Nazi vampires managed to win and wipe out humanity. With nothing to feed on, the Nazi vampires die off in the end, leaving the power gap to be filled by the next animal to rise to intelligence --equines.
Fast forward to Twilight and gang getting warning of some monsters in Equestria via booty calls and their magic map. While checking it out, the girls find vampires. Scattering in fear, one of the girls stumbles across Alucard, ala Integra Hellsing, and revives Alucard.
Alucard does battle and saves the mane 6, sacrificing Yellowbutt ala Ceres Victoria, whom gets saved as a vampire the same way. From here, shenanigans as it turns out various vampire tomb sites are in Equestria and yada yada mane6 sic Alucard on them when he's not being Alucard.
