Anything that consistently gives decent content and doesn't have Write/drawfags who run off crying when you call certain ideas they had stupid. Also, anything that isn't mostly just fucking bumps.
If you can't get at least one story/piece of art in a day, come the fuck on, just die already and come back when you've got something.

Only the ones who persist on bumps and that's it.
Generals as a whole aren't bad, they each provide something entertaining to someone, and it's not like we're running out of fucking room here or something. They can be filtered and they can be blocked if you don't like them, so there is no overall negative effect to anyone browsing assuming they can figure out that oh so complicated filter, but they need to contribute something. Give the readers of your thread something, and not just fucking prompts.
