Twilight's a princess now and after last season seems to be developing into a teacher role perhaps. Rarity has her boutique and perhaps would want to expand it more. Pinkie, Fluttershy, Applejack look like they're okay exactly where they are. Dash on the other hand still has to become a Wonderbolt and then try and rise through the ranks there. Twilight is still my favorite pony, but it feels like Dash has the most left to accomplish with her personal goals.
