The Cutie Remark was an excellent episode, I agree. But I'm more of a fan of the slice of life, character driven, half hour long episodes that make up the meat of every season. Honestly, I really like the way they craft their season structure. With two parter action/adventure stories as the season premiers and finales, and regular episodes making up the bulk of the season in between. And obviously there are action/adventure half hour episodes and scenes thereof sprinkled in throughout as well.
It's a pretty original concept too. I can't think of any other cartoons that follow that season structure off of the top of my head.
