Then maybe it's time to make a change, anon. I don't have any idea what kind of situation you're in or how you got there, but unless you're chained to a wall in a basement in some foreign country, you have the ability to change your own life for the better, even if it's something small like looking for a job you'd enjoy more or going on long walks every day to get your exercise in. Anything is better than nothing, and if you keep at it your quality of life will get better. I don't know how much better, but it definitely will be a significant upgrade.
Look at it this way: you've made it this far without killing yourself, so your situation isn't past the point of no return just yet.
Trust me, happiness is out there. It takes some effort to look for, but once you find it, all of it will be worth it.
