In all honesty, I think Judaism might be an easier sell to ponies than Christianity. The Jewish god is abstract and could easily be imagined to be a pony of some sort, but the Christian god is linked to the story of human Jesus, a story which did not happen any time in Equestrian history.

I think it would make a neat story to have an enlightened Anon in Equestria. The ponies would be baffled how he could walk calmly through another apocalypse hitting ponyville, never bothered by anything no matter how hard discord/pinkie/dash try to get to him, and occasionally ending adventures before they begin by solving a friendship problem with a few words of wisdom.
It would be neat but maybe not very exciting to read.
