I met these 6 guys in 2009 over Xbox Live playing Transformers 2. We've been hanging with each other since then, putting up with each other's shit and having arguments, but still coming together to have some fun gaming times.
As per usual, we grew up and started to drift, with our lives off the console taking us to different directions. 2 guys eventually got tired or too busy for gaming and left forever and 2 others disappeared without a trace. Despite this I never really cared too much as I still had contact with 2 of them who I talked to the most (even exchanged phone numbers)
Ever since college, I've had a bad tendency to drop out of contact for extended periods of time without warning. This was even a problem when I was younger. I don't have any friends besides these 2 guys and even when I try to make new ones, I just can't seem to click.
Recently my semester ended and I decided to hit these guys up again for some good times. However, when I texted I got no responses. I figured that it was just them not being awake, but when I go online they ignore my invites and messages. I admit my communication skills are fucked up and this makes me a complete asshole. I've been feeling pretty empty and bummed out by this, I need advice on how to fix this (if possible)
