Anyway guys. Had an indepth talk with my workmate about the story. He hasn't read a lick of it. But he says the story is on a slippery slope towards the "Harem Anime" Trope.
I assured him that neither females liked Anon, And that it was a matter of circumstance. He told me that was bullshit, because I let you guys decide on the chaos route and apparently letting the readers have that kind of decision can instantly kill a story. He then suggested I dropped Starlight, then as a joke he suggested if I didn't. To just find a way to get every villain ever into Discord's house.
So, before I begin. I'll let one more vote go in. How do you guys want to play this.

Kepp this path, have some chaos happening in the house but don't keep Starlight in the house for too long. I vouch for her meeting Chrysalis and Discord, and keep her for a while but again not too long, since the time line is already completely split you can just play with whatever you want, be it Glimmer now targeting anon instead of Twilight or having her reforming by the power of anon laughing at her weak ass motivation.
Rewritting is the worst case scenario since it's basically you surrendering completely to the readers instead of going with what you actually want. Have some fun writting the chaos that will ensure, again I'm not too convinced of having her as a stand character, but it will be fun if she stays for awhile

It wouldn't make much sense to let either Chrysalis and Glimmer go with their current mentality, too much risk for everyone, and even as shortsighter as anon is, this is something that is pretty evident. And you can't make a complete reformation like in the show or the piece of shit comics since anon doesn't have the bullshit of magic of friendship on his side.
Reforming them by making them drop their intentions but keep their actual personality and feelings towards their enemies sounds like a much more fun idea and a more realistic one considering the abilities that anon has and their limits. I'd say go with this, reforming Glimmer is actually easier since she has a weak motivation, but her hate towards Twilight and her friends wouldn't go that easy since the finale wouldn't happen. Chrysalis would again become a legit friend with anon, droping her conquering motivations in part because now she has an unlimited source food and in other because she legit doesn't want to cause harm to her friend, but that doesn't mean that she actually like the ponies or the princesses that "banished" to Tartarus and it would be much more in tone with her character.

Well the party speech was really nice and sweet, and genuine with Discord and stuff.
However, the Starlight situation was really feels, empathy, guilt, tragedy not for her origin but what she became and how you destroyed her. It was necessary, but fuck it was brutal. In that situation, I would have done the same thing.
She really needed someone, and I'm not that much of a hard ass to deny her that.

It's more like, Starlight feels came more naturally than Ponk's speech. There was a build up for that moment and the final thing is something that you don't see it coming, while Ponk's was expected since it was a welcoming party and she was the host, it was good, but you still know she was gonna say something of that style plus it kinda dragged on.
