A few. Tanks for the Memories, as soon as I imagined it as Tank having a terminal illness, reminding me of long dead pets. Amending Fences reminded me of how many friends I've lost over the years without a goodbye. Brotherhooves Social reminded me how my siblings might look up to me, bringing up feelings of whether I have lived up to those expectations. Crusaders of the Lost Mark destroyed me, feeling so much pride for those fucking fillies accomplishing something I absolutely believed they'd never actually do.
Season 5 has had a lot of tear-jerkers really.
Can't think of an episode before this that really jerked tears from me. Maybe Pinkie Pride a bit when she feels worthless, licking up her tears rather than admitting her feelings.

It was back in my childhood when I watched the greenmile.
Aside from the obvious moments listed several times here, the part in the recent finale where Glimmer went back to her town to apologize and they all forgave her hit close. Made me remember how many people I've hurt and the regret of knowing I'll never make it up to them and they'll never forgive me.

When the ponies in this season finale were shown living miserable childhoods, enlisting to wars, with bruised faces and missing limbs. Seeing Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie act so coldly and devoid of emotion was painful. Then, later, other timelines that would also imply massive death and suffering, even the extinction of ponies made me tear up a bit. In my opinion that kind of stuff doesn't belong in this show, and it's not the reason why I watch it.
