From a drummers perspective, any song from MLP that swings where I can play a shuffle groove is certainly better than most of the more orchestral percussive section type of songs in the show. Defiantly disagree.
I guess if you care about lyrics it's pretty cheesy, but most all the lyrics from the songs in this show are cheesy. Ponks voice sounds fine to me. I'd argue her singing voice would be more generally received as being good than bad, but whatever.
