In terms of tans, /mlp/ is a social outcast and a shunned individual, so she enjoys [s4s]'s company since she doesn't hate anybody (and because the other boards find [s4s]'s presence annoying)
In terms of the boards, when [s4s] visits /mlp/ it usually results in friendly interaction and memeing with the occasional angry "FUCK OFF MEMESPOUTERSSSS" poster. Since /mlp/ isn't allowed to leak out of their board, their visits to [s4s] are limited but are generally well-received.
Recently there were the 'le unicorn face' threads which /mlp/ thoroughly enjoyed, which ended up generating a few new pony pictures with ^:) variants in place of their actual faces. It was a fun time.
