The inherent problem I see with this is that anyone who is serious and interested about a career in showbiz or singing isn't going to want to talk to a 16 year who has done some voice acting which was arranged by her parents, and some 20-something year old guy who has uploaded a few brony songs to youtube and therefore touting himself as a professional. They're going to want to talk to someone like Michelle's parents, or Tara Strong for example, who have many years of experience and advice to impart.
Likewise, people who would want to talk and chat to Michelle because she's on the show and BG because he's #HorseFamous aren't going to want to pay $100 for that privelege, especially when they could probably go to a con and do that for cheaper in person.

When did the whole "everyone gets to play on the team and everyone gets a trophy" thing start? I remember being on a baseball team as a kid, and coming in close to last place. We got to run laps around the bases for an hour while the top the teams got presented trophies. I wish I could say that we came back and stole the show the following season, but we still sucked. We got more laps while the better teams got more trophies, but it taught us that nothing is free.
