1)Flutters. The sweetest, kindest, cutest pony among them.
2)Rarity. Quite girly, classy, independent.
3)Twilight. Another cute girly girl, but she lost a lot of cuteness when she got princessed.
4)AJ. While a bit of a tom boy, she's still really sweet, and doesn't take shit.
5)pinkie. She's only cute when she's upset, which is too horrible to make a positive point out of. Also, too OTT.
6)rainbow. Bit of a dick. Is nice enough inside, but she seems to prefer not to be.

Brash but well meaning most of the time,. Like Rarara, she's got a dream that she works her ass off to achieve and has made progress over the seasons. Strong interest in adventure, fastest pegasus alive, and even brought the M6 to their destinies because of her Rainboom
The rest kinda go up and down depending on their episodes, honestly. I liked Twilight before her princesshood was a thing, but ever since she "matured" out of most of her flaws, she's been really REALLY uninteresting.
